Reloading 458 scm with extreme bullets

Im have a tough time finding load data that will, slow down my 458 under 1500fps so i can use theae 300gr extremes.

What is the fastest i can safely make these?
My goal is to slow them down within safe range and have gun cycle reliably while maintaing a 30-35gr charge.
These are plinkers not hunting rounds

I'm not overly familiar with 458 but I know the Xtremes can be pushed real hard. The 1500fps is a recommendation. A few guys here push them much further with no problems.
If you can, ask Keith Hodgkins. He's a 458 guy.

Powder depended on what velocity i could run
Im fond if IMR powders. So was thinking the 4227,
    Keepung,it at 30-35 grains is to,maximize how,many i can,make per lb
